Fieldstone Childcare Consulting was founded in 2024 by Gail Ader. Gail holds a  Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and is a Massachusetts licensed teacher, grades PreK-2nd. She has  over 20 years in the field of early childhood education as a teacher, an administrator, a trainer and, most recently, the owner of her own preschool.

 

Gail has assisted many families and friends over the years with finding quality childcare programs that fit their needs and budget. In doing so, she has witnessed how overwhelming this process can feel for new parents and how valuable her experience can be in assisting families in their search for quality early childhood education and care .

 

As your personal consultant, her  goal is to apply her experience and insider knowledge to make your search more productive, time efficient and successful.
